We have two different delivery policies. One for in stock items and one for non-carried stock items.
Our in stock items refer to our Energy saving devices (located in our Energy Saving Devices section). These products will be dispatched by first class royal mail post within two working days of ordering.
Our non-carried stock items refer to all other items. In particular our wind turbines, wind turbine kits and related items. As These products are made to order they have a 4-6 week lead-time.
In all cases if the product is not available for despatch within the quoted dates we will contact you as soon as possible after the sale.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from delivery. You must notify us by using this form within 7 working days from delivery with your intention to return the item. After notification we will issue you a returns number to quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging.
Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received and the packaging sufficient to re-sell the item as brand new.
Please note: Refunds are for the sale amount only. Postage and handling fee is not refundable (Unless error occured at our end). You must organise the return the unwanted items at your expense and risk.
Please do not return items without prior authorisation. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 7 days only from delivery.
Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
For goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-saleable condition; you will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery. For goods not received in a saleable condition; we are unable to accept these back under the above terms.
For any manufacturing defect, we will either send you a replacement part or ask you to return the item for repair or replacement. if the item is faulty the delivery up to £3.95 will be refunded once the item has been returned.

Having purchased from Wind Trap Limited, from time-to-time we will send promotional e-mails detailing new products, news and special offers (which you will have the option to unsubscribe from at any time). We will not pass your details on to any third parties.
