The land tower kit consists of three 2.13m steel tubes which connect together, using the tower connectors provided, to produce a land tower 6.4m in height.
The 913 tower poles have a diameter of 48mm specifically designed to fit the base of the Rutland 913 and 910-3 wind turbines. Each tower is drilled ready for assembly which are then ready to mount and secure into place using the 913 rigging kit.
The base of the tower should be set into concrete, using the U-bolts supplied in the rigging kit, to offer a stronger permanent support for the wind turbine.
